We want you to love your order. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before purchasing.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Personalised Items
All personalised and custom-made items are created specifically to your requirements.
Because of this:
Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrect due to our error
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Design preferences
Colour differences
Incorrect information provided by the customer
2. Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items:
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued where appropriate.
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs of:
The item
The packaging
If confirmed, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund (where appropriate)
We may request the item to be returned before issuing a resolution.
4. Colours & Print Expectations
Please note:
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, and materials
Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed
These variations are not considered faults.
5. Image Quality Responsibility
The quality of personalised prints depends on the image provided.
We are not responsible for:
Low-resolution images
Blurry or pixelated prints caused by poor-quality files
6. Care Instructions
Customers must follow any care instructions provided.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Incorrect washing
High heat or tumble drying
General wear and tear
7. Customer-Supplied Items
If you provide your own item for printing:
This is done at your own risk
We are not responsible for damage during the printing process unless caused by proven negligence
