Terms & Conditions – Prints 2 Gifts

Welcome to Prints 2 Gifts. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Please double-check all details before placing your order:

• Sizes & product choices
• Delivery address
• Image quality

By ordering, you confirm you have permission to use any images provided.

1. About Us

Prints 2 Gifts provides personalised and non-personalised products, as well as printing services on customer-supplied items.

2. Orders & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before purchase, including:

  • Spelling, names, and dates

  • Product selection and sizing

  • Delivery address

  • Image quality

By submitting any images or designs, you confirm you have permission to use them. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors.

3. Personalised / Custom-Made Items

Personalised items are made specifically to your requirements.

Under UK consumer law, personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the standard cancellation and return rights.

Therefore:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrect due to our error

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, design choice, or incorrect information provided by the customer

4. Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned in line with UK consumer law:

  • Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.

5. Customer-Supplied Items

We accept customer-supplied items for printing (e.g. garments, fabrics, blanks).

By supplying your own item:

  • You accept all risks associated with the printing process

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by:

    • Heat or pressure application

    • Material defects or reactions

    • Shrinkage, fading, or fabric quality

  • Items must be suitable for printing

We reserve the right to refuse unsuitable items.

6. Design Proofs & Approval

If a proof is provided:

  • Customers must check all details carefully before approval

  • Approval confirms all aspects are correct, including spelling, layout, and colours

  • Once approved, no changes can be made

  • We are not responsible for errors present in approved designs

7. Image Quality

Print quality depends on the quality of the files provided.

We are not responsible for poor results caused by:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Screenshots or compressed files

  • Poor-quality customer submissions

We reserve the right to print as supplied unless otherwise agreed.

8. Colours, Sizing & Placement

While we aim for accuracy:

  • Colours may vary due to screen displays, print processes, and materials

  • Exact colour matching is not guaranteed

  • Slight variations in size, scale, and placement (within reasonable tolerance) may occur

These are not considered faults.

9. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided.

We are not liable for damage caused after delivery due to:

  • Incorrect washing

  • High heat or tumble drying

  • Misuse or general wear and tear

10. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Full payment is required before production begins

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

11. Turnaround Time

Production and dispatch times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • High demand

  • Customer approval delays

  • Supply issues

If an item is required for a specific date, this must be agreed in advance.

12. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information

13. Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is:

  • Lost → we will assist with courier claims where possible

  • Delayed → this is outside of our control

  • Returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery → redelivery costs will apply

14. Damaged or Faulty Items

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

We may require:

  • Photographic evidence

  • Return of the item

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund (where appropriate)

15. Cancellations

  • items cannPersonalised ot be cancelled once production has started

  • Non-personalised items may be cancelled within the legal cancellation period

16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

We reserve the right to provide evidence (including order details, approvals, and delivery confirmation) in response to any payment dispute or chargeback.

17. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content created by Prints 2 Gifts remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

18. Use of Images

We may use images of completed work for marketing purposes.

Customers may opt out by informing us at the time of ordering.

19. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

  • Customer behaviour is abusive or unreasonable

  • Content is inappropriate or unlawful

  • Files are unsuitable for printing

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Liability is limited to the value of the order

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

21. Privacy

Customer information is used only for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share personal data.

22. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
