All items are made to order.

Processing times may vary during busy periods or high demand.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

Available options:

  • First Class Post (standard service)

  • Signed For Delivery (tracked with signature on delivery)

Shipping options will be shown at checkout where applicable.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch

  • First Class: 1–2 working days

  • Signed For: 1–2 working days

5. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

6. Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • It is handled by Royal Mail

  • Delays are outside of our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High demand periods

7. Incorrect Address

Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct.

  • We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses

  • If returned to us, additional postage will be required to resend

8. Missed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If delivery is missed and the parcel is returned:

  • The customer is responsible for redelivery costs

  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to customer error

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • Please contact us and we will assist where possible

  • We may need to wait for the courier’s investigation timeframe

We are not automatically liable for courier-related issues but will support you in resolving them.

10. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The item

We will assess and resolve the issue accordingly
